In our company, we issue different types of documents that validate all the tasks carried out in the process.

For each erased device, a report is generated through the tool used that includes the series of the equipment, the series of the storage medium and the results obtained. If physical destruction is required, the destruction is recorded through graphic material.

For each piece of equipment tested, a report is issued detailing both its functional and cosmetic status. Those items that, due to their condition, require recycling (final disposal), are weighed and a document is issued that confirms the type of waste and its weight.
